I needed a good starch side and my wife asked me to jazz up some sweet potatoes. This is what I came up with, they were amazing.
Ingredients
Five sweet potatoes
canola oil
garlic powder
onion powder
paprika
sea salt
Pereg Cajun mixed spices
Directions
Cut potatoes into a mixture of wedges and sticks.
Place them into a gallon-sized zip lock bag
Toss with canola oil
Season liberally
(you may want to do two rounds)
Spread them out on a cookie sheet on parchment paper
Bake for 40 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (or 425 if you want them more crispy)
